Marcy McHugh
I spent my childhood years in San Antonio, Texas graduating from Robert E. Lee High School. Two years later, I moved to Houston. Then after 19 long years there, the Hill Country called me back.
My husband Jerry (whom I adore) and I share a home in Wimberley, Texas. Between the two of us, we have a total of 4 children (two each), but we all feel like one big happy family. All of our children are grown and married. We have five beautiful grand-babies. They bring such joy to our lives - it really is sad to see how fast they grow up.
Jerry and I love Canyon Lake and all the surrounding areas. We own several investment properties here. We have lived here for many years, and only recently moved to Wimberley to be closer to my mother who is having health problems.
Real estate not only is my career - it's entertainment to me. I consider myself very fortunate to work at a job I enjoy so much. I also operate the rental branch of our business, JM Property Management.
Our goals in real estate include financial success, but my greatest satisfaction comes from the success of matching each and every client with their dream home.
Jerry McHugh
I'm a native Texan who's lived all over the state, and finally had the chance to move to the Hill Country nine years ago. I consider the Hill Country the garden spot of Texas (and we all know Texas is the garden spot of the world).
My wife Marcy and I formed "Team McHugh" seven years ago and entered the Canyon Lake real estate business. In early 2005 we decided to go on our own, I received my broker's license and we formed Lakeside Realty. One of the rewards for owning our own agency is the increased flexibility in meeting our clients' needs.
Marcy and I have four children between us and five grand children.
Real estate is a demanding industry, and one of my greatest challenges is balancing work, family and recreation, but it's a challenge I thoroughly enjoy.
Kathy Gordon

Although originally a Texas girl, I moved to San Antonio from California, eventually finding my way to the Hill Country where I now reside.
For the past 21 years, my work has been focused on customer service and it continues to be what I enjoy most about this business.
Ever since I bought my first house, I have wanted to work in real estate. So I feel
very blessed to be able to help others find their 'piece of heaven' in the
Texas Hill Country.
Ken Belcher
A Texan at heart, I was born in Canada and lived in
over 15 states before making my way to Texas. As the
son of a retired USAF career man, I was blessed with
the opportunity to travel and live in many states
across the nation. The Air Force brought me to Texas
when I joined in 1989 and I never left. In addition
to military experience, my career includes a wide
range of experience from teaching, telecommunications,
information technology, beverage service, and more.
For additional information about my background, please
view my resume and pictures located at
www.texanken.com. My background has allowed me to see
the American landscape and meet a diverse group of
people from coast to coast. I have found Canyon Lake
is truly the jewel of south Texas. I look forward to
working with you in the sale or purchase of your next
home.

Evelyn Olwell
My name is Evelyn Olwell. I received my first name from my Father, a retired Air Force C-130 gunship pilot, who named me after his grandmother, Evalina. My last name is from my Irish husband, retired Air force F-16 pilot, Tim Olwell. That name comes from a heritage of town criers in Ireland. I got my start in Montgomery, Alabama, and after years as an Air Force brat and Air Force Wife, I landed at Canyon Lake when my husband took his final assignment at Randolph Air Force Base in 1998. We have raised two children, Gordon and Melissa. The greatest accomplishment in my life is raising those children successfully. My son just finished five years in the Marines, and my daughter will finish up at TSU around Christmas time (2008) with degrees in Accounting and Business Management. Over the years I have been very involved with whatever community I’ve found myself in as a Crisis Pregnancy Counselor, Child Care assistant at Children’s AIDS network, Adult Literacy Volunteer, Church Musician, and English/Japanese teacher during our assignment to Misawa, Japan, among other things. My husband and I have been investing in real estate since before we were married in 1981. I feel that my natural desire to get things right, and to get the right house for the right buyer makes me the sort of realtor you’ll want to work for you. I look forward to meeting you . . .Evelyn
Mike Schreier
Hi There. I'm Mike Schreier and I
relocated to the Great State of Texas in 1979. I have lived most of that
time in Houston. I lived in Austin for a few years in the mid - eighties
and after one visit to the Canyon Lake / New Braunfels area knew I would
one day live in the Texas hill country.
I have worked in several areas of the home remodeling industry both as a tradesman and in sales. I have worked with computers and the internet for many years and fully understand how to use "Information Technology" to sell your home or find the home you have been searching for. I look forward to working with you and showing you what we mean when we say we are "WORKING SMART FOR YOUR SUCCESS AND WORKING HARD TO EARN YOUR TRUST"
"We’re working hard to earn your trust!"
